“Since transfer of ownership this building is now managed by Top Star Group, the most unprofessional company.Throughout of the tenancy contract they have been nothing else but unprofessional. Delaying any kind of maintenance required. Trying to force rent increase higher than the legal increase. Refusing to refund our deposit. The building itself is poorly maintained full of mold, big cockroaches and what seems to be partition even though the contract clearly states that those unit are reserved for families. The team is as unprofessional as it gets. Management will consistently lie to you and refuse to reply in writing so they can change version every-time. Run away from this company for y…”
