Their protocols is as strict as getting to White house with several kind of permit and hundreds of various licences even for simplest work. Just to fix a curtain in one's own house, we need various permits. While they insist tough security protocols, they least help or provide any service in any manner.. The lift gets stuck in between, the maintenance of common areas are poor and pest control never effective. So practically getting a room means a year long of stressful life”

“I am property consultant for discovery garden, and this is the best place to live,
Very peace full,
Clean,
No noice because Dubai govt has empower units for air conditioning separate so I do not feel hot, empower is safe and atmosphere is also safe, good weather, ac metres are not in the building so no noice in buikdings,
Perfect place to live, and I live in discovery garden because of its greenery and cool atmosphere,
Thanks to Nakheel for building such nice community, and thanks for maintaining nicely,

“3 hotels bow the building, 24hrs life pharmacy is located in the building, little far from the metro 🚇station 🚉, near by lots of hotels ,gym, barber shop located, most of the shops are surrounded by the building.
Under ground car parking is available, cctv facilities is there.
