From Google Reviewers

Each card is a real, public Google review of this residence, sorted into our ten questions – answered only where the reviewer said something, and marked “Not answered” where they didn’t. Reviews written in other languages are shown in English and labelled. These come from Google, not from verified residents, so they count for only a small part of the HT Score, never as much as a real resident review.

“Very bad experience with the management. If something gets broken it takes forever to fix it. And proper harassment when it comes to parking in one’s exact spot causing distress and lack of professionalism with no respect to tenants”
