“As residents in this building for 4 years Fire alarm almost every Saturday 8:30am and the 9am stay longer up to 15min with no notification and security stand there facing all the upset residents Cockroaches is normal but in 2025 they control of it AC in the building itself is on and off sometimes u enter the building it’s hot and have garbage room smell sometimes no The AC in the apartment is fixed to 24 no matter u chose 19 never cooling that leads humidity and ruin the ceiling and show humidity black dots everywhere Even if u do deep cleaning still and once you leave the house the deposit you pay is gone !!! Leaking in the bathroom shataf is normal My Neighbourhood live above my apar…”

Leaking in the bathroom shataf is normal My Neighbourhood live above my apartment. They have bathroom leakage that leads to ruin my bathroom also so my bathroom ceiling and lights everything get affected so the maintenance come to my house, jumping on my sink to check the ceiling and they broke the edge of my sink and now I’m paying this because of that fault. And the most nightmare ever will have while you’re living in discovery GARDEN in general there is no parking for your car if you come to this area before 6 PM you might get a chance to find something but after that you have to wait and Room around God knows for how long till you find one slot of parking and think about the fine that it will be paying . I wish Nakheel community read this and pay attention as people here paying high rent for such facilities Thank you”

“Summer land homes , very bad rental places to stay too many insects, bad internet and they will charge cleaning and they don't clean.”
