“Lived in 94 about 10 years ago for a few years. The good: The rooms are super spacious and was a good deal for the price. The bad: parking is a nightmare, good luck finding a space if you come home late. Security in the area are insufficient and were just for show. Nakheels community management is subpar compared to other developers. Upkeep of the building is non-existent. Insects were a huge problem on the ground floor units mainly due to poorly designed sewage lines in the building that no one would repair and ended up moving out before my contract ended because of that problem.”

“Lived in 94 about 10 years ago for a few years. The good: The rooms are super spacious and was a good deal for the price. The bad: parking is a nightmare, good luck finding a space if you come home late. Security in the area are insufficient and were just for show. Nakheels community management is subpar compared to other developers. Upkeep of the building is non-existent. “It is in street 3, Discovery Gardens. It is of 4 floors as well contains 2 lifts. There are 1 BHK as well as 2 BHK flats while the top floor has a penthouse. The building is very secure as you need a access card to enter the building. There is also a security guard who watches all activities from the CCTV cameras present outside.”
