“I left this building because of the torture of the building management while I have months left in contract. I have lost my peace of mind with my life ever since I signed the contract with this building management. Even for the first year renewal they came up with around 20% rental increment and they kept increasing every year regardless of the Rera rental index. And management was extremely unprofessional and unresponsive. Even at the time of moving out, they gave me a hard time and didn’t allow me to take my stuffs out and I had to fight with the security even though i have informed my moving date with the management days in advance.”

“It’s been 1 year 1 month staying in this building. And till now I m very happy n satisfied with the maintenance team. As they are quick. Whenever i made any maintenance request. They did respond quickly n came n fix the issue at the earliest. Rent has gone up I do agree as I wasn’t expecting a hike in just 1 year. For parking I never had any issue as I have a fixed parking spot allotted to me. Ther are some times bad smell in the corridors in passage near lift. Bcos some people staying in building doesn’t know the meaning of basic hygiene, they throw the garbage on floor in the garbage room. Keeping building clean is not just the maintenance team duty , it also applies to people staying in ther. Hygiene is very important. Thank you Keep up the good work.”

“Real estate is very unprofessional , They dnt respond and respect and always threaten tenants with fines for small things.. Maintenance is very poor 2 Lifts are closed for long time.., Bad smell coming in the entrance and corridors ..tiles breaking, doors chipping out. Rooms very small ,rent too high. Not recommended to anyone.”

“Please stay away from this building if u want peace of mind and save your money 1. Very inefficient and non co operative management team. 2. Bad Smell all around the bldg & Cockroaches infestation. 3. Extermely high gas charges. 4. Crazy rent hikes after 1 year. 5. Awful maintenance. Poor cleaning. No technician available within. 6. Hidden charges after signing the contract. 7. Ridiculous fines and threats for small small issues. and so on, I just mentioned few.”
