“Burj Azizi is truly an impressive upcoming landmark! Its location near Sheikh Zayed Road offers fantastic connectivity and incredible views of Dubai’s skyline. The design is modern and luxurious, promising to add great value to the area. From what I’ve seen, Azizi Developments is maintaining a high standard of quality and innovation with this project. Can’t wait to see the final result! Definitely a promising choice for both investors and future residents!”

“If it was anther developer maybe, but azizi reputation is bad ,customer service is horrible, no response to emails or calls, they only contact you when your payment is due but if you have questions good luck getting any response”

“If anyone planning to invest in Azizi, you need to know these guys are one of the fradulent real estate companies in Dubai! I am one of their property owner and was shocked to see how openly they cheat you. They will only be in good terms until you make the payment and they behave like rogues and they stop responding to you, this is not just with one or two customer service agents but their whole team is trained to cheat, am not exaggerating. You have to go and talk to people who invested in Azizi especially their Riviera which was supposed to one of their big projects and the quality is pathetic and they have delayed handover for 5 years and even till date facing issues with them as they have stopped responding to any owners as i understand! So this burj azizi i doubt you will ever get the handover and it may be a trick to loot people money. BEWARE!”

“I won't trust Azizi in building high rise towers . the quality of work they have done in low rise buildings are horrible. their buildings are among the worst in Dubai real estate market and unlike others in Dubai , their projects doesnt appreciate much in prices and actually many of them depreciated by 20 to 30%. this is not only because of the quality of their buildings but in many cases they didn't fulfill their commitments which they priced their properties based on them. So investors ended up with an overpriced properties.”
