“Absolutely the worst living experience I’ve had in Dubai — and I’ve lived in at least five different properties across JVC and other areas. This building is a total disappointment. From the very first month, I was shocked with extremely high charges (over AED 2,000 monthly just for AC and DEWA). Whenever I needed help, the management was unresponsive and only seemed interested in collecting money, not providing any service. The property itself is poorly maintained — it often smells unpleasant, there are ongoing plumbing issues, and the gym is extremely small with no other facilities provided. Their office isn’t even nearby; I had to drive nearly an hour just to raise concerns or get anythin…”

“Absolutely the worst living experience I’ve had in Dubai — and I’ve lived in at least five different properties across JVC and other areas. This building is a total disappointment. From the very first month, I was shocked with extremely high charges (over AED 2,000 monthly just for AC and DEWA). Whenever I needed help, the management was unresponsive and only seemed interested in collecting money, not providing any service. The property itself is poorly maintained — it often smells unpleasant, there are ongoing plumbing issues, and the gym is extremely small with no other facilities provided. Their office isn’t even nearby; I had to drive nearly an hour just to raise concerns or get anything done. When I had to leave the country unexpectedly and asked for a fair solution, they demanded AED 16,000 from me without even allowing me to stay in the unit. The way they handled the situation was rude, unprofessional, and dismissive. Overall, this has been my worst real estate experience in Dubai. I strongly recommend avoiding this building.”

“Regarding Maintenance - SBK has really professional staff to handle any maintenance work- recently had some issue with AC but was effectively handled bu their Engineer Sudhershan within minutes .Amazing new building thanks”
