“I purchased an off-plan unit in this project with an anticipated handover date of December 2025. As the expected handover period approached, I received no proactive communication from the developer regarding the status of construction or delivery timelines. Only after I personally reached out, approximately one month before the expected handover, did I ask for updates on the progress of the project. Despite multiple follow-ups over the course of nearly two weeks, there was still no clear or timely response. Eventually, after continued insistence, I received an email informing me that the completion had been postponed to Q4 2026, representing a delay of roughly one year. The communication provided was minimal and did absolutely not include a detailed explanation for the delay. Based on my experience, the level of transparency and communication throughout this process has been disappointing. I believe potential buyers should be aware that project updates and changes to delivery timelines may not be communicated unless specifically requested and that based on my experience, communication could be slow and scarce.”
