“👎🏽👎🏽🚫‼️ We lived there for two years and are now moving out because the building’s alarm system is extremely loud—so loud it actually hurts your ears. Having a baby made it a complete nightmare, especially due to the poor management service that failed to turn off the alarm, letting it ring throughout the entire building. The place is beautiful, but unfortunately, it is not properly adapted to function as residential apartments. We experienced several water leaks, and the showers are not properly inclined, causing the bathrooms to flood. We were also charged for the office spaces, even though we clearly stated we wouldn’t be using them. The payment was made mandatory in order to acces…”

“This place is art, best suited for artists. Fantastic concept, space utilization is optimal — one of the unique projects in UAE. This hidden gem of Dubai is known as Koa Canvas for a reason.”
