“Terrible building. Worst gym you’ll ever see in Dubai Marina. It’s so tiny and basic that the management couldn’t even provide barbells for the machines. The only thing you can do in this gym is walk on the treadmill.
Extremely stingy management and developer—never seen anything like this in Dubai Marina.”

“Avoid this building at all costs. Noise from construction and traffic is unbearable, common areas are filthy, and the management acts like they own the place, not the residents.
Everything breaks constantly, and getting anything fixed is a total headache.
Even if at first glance everything seems fine, that’s a mistake-you’ll quickly see how bad it really is.
Seriously, one of the worst living experiences in Dubai Marina.”

“This building is an absolute nightmare. The gym is a joke, the elevators are slow as hell, and the management couldn’t care less about residents.
Maintenance requests take forever, and don’t even think about expecting anything remotely professional.
Worst experience in Dubai Marina, hands down.”

“Easily the worst building in Dubai Marina.
The gym is an absolute shit — no barbells, no proper equipment, and barely enough space to stretch your arms.
It feels like they built it just to tick a box. Whoever designed and approved it clearly never set foot in a real gym.
The management? Completely useless. Cheap materials, cheap attitude, and zero respect for residents. Everything looks fine in pictures — until you move in and realize it’s all smoke and mirrors. If hell had a fitness center, this would be it.”
