“The community management lacks clear and structured processes. They repeatedly request unnecessary documentation and impose insurance requirements costing thousands of dirhams for permits that are valid for only a few months. At the same time, illegal workers are being allowed to carry out landscaping activities. Additionally, the community does not provide a gym or any recreational activities. We have contacted the management multiple times regarding these issues, but no action has been taken. The situation has further deteriorated since the transfer of management to Dubai Holding.”

“The community lacks essential amenities which is very disappointing for a Brand name like “Meraas” and “Dubai holding”. There is no community center, no gym, no grocery stores or cafes within the community, and no mosque. As a result, residents need to travel outside the area for daily necessities, fitness facilities, social spaces, and religious services. What happens Meraas!!!!!!”

“Spacious villas and beautiful community but over priced given no minimarkets, pharmacies, laundry, gym, etc within. And horrible entry as only one entrance and you have to do a 4km uturn which is usually very crowded during rush hours. Not to mention the sewage smell that can be sensed in parts of the area”
