“We leave here 1 year we didn't re-new becuase the building is too disaster and the, price is not reasonable when we rent here everything is advance payment when u got late you will have penalties when we left here the it's take time to get the deposit up until now, we didn't get it 2 months more sending emails and calling them no want answer my husband so many follow until he decided to go in the office what the service didn't follow the rules and regulation about deposit it's only 1 months but took 2 months up until now we didn't receive yet and the one who check when we left our studio he almost charge everything for us like we shoulder the renovations for all the studio so that or deposit…”

“We leave here 1 year we didn't re-new becuase the building is too disaster and the, price is not reasonable when we rent here everything is advance payment when u got late you will have penalties when we left here the it's take time to get the deposit up until now, we didn't get it 2 months more sending emails and calling them no want answer my husband so many follow until he decided to go in the office what the service didn't follow the rules and regulation about deposit it's only 1 months but took 2 months up until now we didn't receive yet and the one who check when we left our studio he almost charge everything for us like we shoulder the renovations for all the studio so that or deposit our more less what disaster experience will never recommend to anyone specially family don't ever rent here, it's very disaster specially maintenance when it's come to payment they really fast, will raise complain about the deposit and will never recommend the place., please better survive before you rent. We deserve better since we are paying a lot of money. And the one who processing document in office so rude. Don't know how to treat people seems like where not paying not even answer email and call. What Disaster experience.”

“Management is totally poor, took two months up until now to get the refund. Never ever recommended this place is anyone knows to make complaint about the refund we, have right to get that in the right time since we didn't break the rules of payment while we leaving here always on time now we are waiting for our deposit it's really take time and hasle with us as if we don't have work and going office for nothing very unprofessional literally.”
