“I have stayed in this building for four years, and my experience has honestly been wonderful from the beginning until now. The building is very well maintained, clean, peaceful, and managed professionally.
The management team has always been helpful, respectful, and responsive whenever anything was needed. The maintenance staff are excellent, quick, and reliable, and all the staff in general are friendly and welcoming, which made living here very comfortable.
Even the coffee shop downstairs added such a nice atmosphere and convenience to daily life. Everything about this place made it feel like home.

“I lived in the building for three years, and Deepak was truly the heart of the place. He was extremely professional, polite, and hardworking, and someone you could trust completely — I even felt comfortable giving him the code to my apartment.
If you ever needed help, Deepak was always there to lend a hand with absolutely anything, always with a smile on his face. He was incredibly reliable and responsive, quick to reply to messages and questions, and consistently flexible when it came to assisting with any request.
Deepak made living in the building a genuinely positive experience, and his presence and dedication will always be appreciated.”

“Arguable the best residence in JVC when service and quality match equally. Thanks to Manooj and Deepak and the entire team for a five star service through our 3 + year residency. The best cafe in the area, Cloud 10, always amazing brunches. Thanks for the years and experiences”

“All the best memories from living at Cloud Hub! My deepest appreciation to Deepak who administers the building and has always been solving any issues we had very efficiently! Also worth mentioning Manoj - owners representative - very cooperative and responsive. The building itself is very well maintained, has a great cafe on the ground floor with very friendly personnel! Highly recommend!”

“I stayed at Cloud Hub Residencies for 9 months and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better living experience. The apartment itself was spacious, beautifully designed, and finished to a very high standard—every detail felt premium and thoughtfully done. It truly felt like home from day one.
But what sets this place apart is the exceptional staff. From the moment I moved in, Deepak, was nothing short of outstanding. He was incredibly approachable, professional, and always on hand to help. No issue was ever too small (not that there were many!), and the level of service and care was genuinely above and beyond.
Another major highlight is the on-site café—a hidden gem! The food is consistently excellent, the ambience is welcoming and stylish, and once again, the staff are just incredible. It became a regular spot for me, whether for a quick coffee or a relaxed meal.
If I return to Dubai, Cloud Hub will be the very first place I check availability. It’s rare to find a combination of luxury, comfort, and such genuine hospitality all in one place. Highly recommend!”
