“⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ I’ve been living here for a year. The building is clean, well maintained, and not overcrowded. It has a gym and swimming pool, and the neighborhood is quiet and family-friendly with easy access to supermarkets, barber shops, and the main road. The only downside is that the fire alarm system is extremely sensitive and often triggers false alarms. Rent also increases on higher floors. Overall, it’s a good place to live.”

“I've visited this place twice and I'm looking for a 2-bedroom apartment. Prices vary by location - the higher you go, the more expensive. Basically, from the 1st to 5th floor there's no balcony and it's cheaper. When you go higher, they all have balconies and are more expensive. Prices are as follows according to what they told me today, and honestly I feel like I'm going to live here especially since the location is good. 2nd floor to 5th floor 73k 6th floor to 15th floor 80k 16th floor to 20th floor 83k 21st to 23rd floor 85k These prices include parking inside the building, but if you need an additional parking space you pay approximately 3000 dirhams extra. All the apartments are new but they need full repainting and floor work before moving in, but they confirmed that maintenance will be done before the handover.”
