“If you read the Google reviews of this building, you will see that many people have already complained about the security guard. I am writing because I had the same experience. I have lived here for almost four years. The building itself is good, but the behavior of the security guard is not. On Thursday, February 27 at around 5:30 PM, my friend and I were carrying a few boxes to our car parked in front of the building. Instead of speaking politely, the security guard on duty started shouting at us and told us to go to the back entrance, which is very far. We were only carrying a few boxes, and there was no reason to shout. Even our neighbors were disturbed by the way he spoke to us. This…”

“If you read the Google reviews of this building, you will see that many people have already complained about the security guard. I am writing because I had the same experience. I have lived here for almost four years. The building itself is good, but the behavior of the security guard is not. On Thursday, February 27 at around 5:30 PM, my friend and I were carrying a few boxes to our car parked in front of the building. Instead of speaking politely, the security guard on duty started shouting at us and told us to go to the back entrance, which is very far. We were only carrying a few boxes, and there was no reason to shout. Even our neighbors were disturbed by the way he spoke to us. This is not the first time. Many tenants and delivery drivers have had similar experiences with him. He often speaks in a rude and aggressive manner. At this point, this behavior is no longer acceptable. Doing his job is understandable, but it should be done with basic respect. I hope management takes this matter seriously and finds a solution. Residents should feel comfortable and respected in their own building.”

“Im a tenant for 3years for that building and got alot of bad experience with the morning security guard how many times that our visitors he become rude specially they are a lady's and yesterday at around 5pm he shouted my son as he just getting some of his things the security guard he don't want my son to use the front elevator thats why he shouted my son,imagine from ground floor to upper floor his voice u can still heard even my son friend he shouted i heard everything coz my son called me while his shouting he can talk to my son nicely not in that way then when i complained to the management they said i need evidenced for that. So im just making stories?!!!! His just doing his jib? What job shouting people? Better to change your security guard before u got more compalain”

“I feel bad for the delivery riders and even us tenants being shouted at by your morning shift guard. Behavior is no longer acceptable - with minimal issues that can be sorted out with a calm tone, he knows nothing but to be aggressive even with just asking for an ID. I hope you can change your guard. It is very stressful and his shouting can be heard even from several floors from the reception area.”
