“There's three (3) elevators but only 1 is on use, the other 2 was for design or aesthetics only. This causes long queues at any time not just in rush hours. Odd rules for an apartment: no deliveries and no visitors. It's like a dormitory that they try to control the tenant's but on mezzanine floor is a business floor where people can access openly. The entrance is just crowded and messy. I understand that there are businesses that they try to promote but it looks like an open market and not an apartment building. Poor hygiene and waste disposal, the garbage chute is dirty and it shoots to the garbage room which is partially visible in the lobby. The other garbage areas on the floors are a…”

“I am the co-owner of one of the flats in the building. These pathetic security guards don't like the tenants drag the luggages & even I was not let to drag my luggages into the building, being interfered twice by the night security guys. They strictly told me "Don't do business here". So I couldn't let my tenant stay in my flat then. They allowed only the people they love. (receive money) Plus most of the delivery guys are forbidden. People have to come to the lobby to take things they ordered, like in a hotel. There're three lifts, and only one being used. These pathetic guys never let the tenants use the other two lifts. The people exhausted from working all day have to wait in a long queue every single day. So annoying.”

Poor hygiene and waste disposal, the garbage chute is dirty and it shoots to the garbage room which is partially visible in the lobby. The other garbage areas on the floors are also not maintained. No surprise for cockroach and other pest in the building. The corridors are dark and line with laundry from various tenants. They issued a memo of not allowed for such things to be left out but seems that memo was for a show only cause instead of getting less, it became more and more. This is an old building with potential to be renovated and improved but by the looks of it and it's current management, this is one of the poorest quality apartment in Deira.”

“I would advise the new flat owners seeking flat in this building. Only 1 lift is working even there is 3 lifts . They shut down the other two so there's a big Q to wait for elevator. Very difficult during the office hours. The security has zero flexibility , treat customer suspiciously. I will not recommend this building. Only this all can be change, if they change management.”

“Very poor management. Only uses 1 service elevator for the whole building. The only functional elevator is cleaned rarely. If they clean it at all. Mostly need to queue for the elevator for more than 15 mins. Delivery is not allowed. Fire exits stinks and has no safety handles.”
