From Google Reviewers

Each card is a real, public Google review of this residence, sorted into our ten questions – answered only where the reviewer said something, and marked “Not answered” where they didn’t. Reviews written in other languages are shown in English and labelled. These come from Google, not from verified residents, so they count for only a small part of the HT Score, never as much as a real resident review.

“A team of good-for-nothings, they don't respond to emails, they're robots, to take money or delays they're first but to find solutions they're incompetent, I've never seen that in all of Dubai, for delivery you have to request a pass in their incompetent office in advance, sales staff are useless, don't buy anything from them, the managers are disrespectful”
