“Horribly managed building. The pool has all kinds of filth floating around in it. There are roaches hanging out on the walls at the ground floor. Hallways constantly smell of garbage and there are loads of flies everywhere. There are even flies constantly coming out of the drains as well. Security staff are only good at avoiding doing their job. Do not go here.”

“So I just moved in, everything untill now is pretty good. You need a car if you will move here. The building is clean, security all time (somehow grumpy 😃), there is a pool I didnt try yet because its closed as they are cleaning it. There is play center for kids you can drop them (30 aed per hour and there is monthly enrolments) A gym, cafe (somehow expensive as ai bought a small iced Spanish latte for 20 aed), there is a pizza and fast food restaurant but I haven't tried yet. You can also fine a men's salon, ladies salon, supermarket and I will explore more. Overall, it's very peaceful, calm, clean. Attached a cute bunnybwe found in the workspace and my girl loved this😍”

“There is no sound proof system in this building. We can hear neighbours TV sounds. There is no good in house maintenance system. Maintenance teams always look at females Whenever they are coming inside the home. They were not wearing shoe covers while entering inside and they are making it dirty on the floor and didn't even one time clean it. Very poor This community is good for peace only nothing else”
