What one reviewer said

“Worst building management I have ever seen. They deducted 80% of my security deposit by making false claims. Also they will take 1000 aed as administration charges for ejari registration which will cost you just 250 aed if you do it yourself. Please have a second thought when you want to rent out in this building. Don’t trust anyone from the management.”

From Google Reviewers

Each card is a real, public Google review of this residence, sorted into our ten questions – answered only where the reviewer said something, and marked “Not answered” where they didn’t. Reviews written in other languages are shown in English and labelled. These come from Google, not from verified residents, so they count for only a small part of the HT Score, never as much as a real resident review.

“When damas was managing the building it was the real deal. The maintenance was good and felt like a family building. Lately the standards have gone down. And when I left, they deducted 50% of the deposit amount giving lame excuses. Will not suggest to live there unless damas starts to manage it directly.”
