“I am writing this review to express my experience with the maintenance and management of this apartment building. For several weeks, I have been trying to schedule a maintenance appointment regarding plumbing issues in my unit. There has been ongoing leaking in the bathroom, which appears to be affecting the surrounding walls and raising concerns about potential mold. Despite multiple attempts to arrange a visit, I have repeatedly been informed that maintenance will attend, but no one has arrived. As a working resident, it is difficult to continue setting aside time for appointments that are not fulfilled. In addition, there have been disturbances due to maintenance work being carried out…”

“Cockroaches, There is a bad cockroach infestation everywhere in the building. Bad Smell & Humidity: The entrance has a horrible smell, and high humidity has been an issue since day one. No Maintenance: No one answers our calls or fixes maintenance issues. Etttttttttttttttisalat connectttttttttttion : The internet connection is very poor due to building issues. Parking: There are ongoing parking problems that need to be resolved. And more.........”

“Not a living building Maintinance team is very poor No ventilation All bad smell comes from AC Nobody is willing to help You just cannot live peaceful here. Wall paint are falling apart management is not helpful and not a trustworthy.”

“I am writing this review to express my experience with the maintenance and management of this apartment building. For several weeks, I have been trying to schedule a maintenance appointment regarding plumbing issues in my unit. There has been ongoing leaking in the bathroom, which appears to be affecting the surrounding walls and raising concerns about potential mold. Despite multiple attempts to arrange a visit, I have repeatedly been informed that maintenance will attend, but no one has arrived. As a working resident, it is difficult to continue setting aside time for appointments that are not fulfilled. In addition, there have been disturbances due to maintenance work being carried out at late hours, including around midnight, which has impacted my sleep. Previous complaints regarding this issue have not led to any noticeable improvement. Given that this is a relatively new building, I had higher expectations for maintenance response and service standards. I hope management will address these concerns promptly and improve communication and scheduling reliability.”

“Before renting the flat there team mentioned they have the best maintenance services, And the same we trusted and later it was all false, mole issues, No Ac maintenance, to change the bulb they need more then 7 days to fix it, And sudden the ceiling started falling down due to water leakage, After complaining People come check and leave by saying we will be back and the same no response. As maintenance team comes under 3rd party, Head of incharge for maintenance is so careless he never answer the call if he does he will say ok ok i will check then nothing. When we called on there head office team guy is like yes its under contractor maintenance guy will come when i ask when did we complain on this he is like on 30th, and we have complained on 26th no acknowledgement nothing just putting on other he will come that will come.”

“I really hate to comment like this but this building has TERRIBLE trouble about drain. Although it’s brand new apartment but drains clogged with concrete!!! We asked to fix it but they totally ignored us. All we could hear from is we will fix it tomorrow but now one showed up and always said we’re on the way but it’s always lies. We called maintenance guy and Dania property agency so many time but they just left serious drain problem a couple months. Sometimes the water overflows from drain and spread to kitchen area.Can you imagine that ? It’s extremely unhygienic and totally nightmare. The watchmen are always helpful,kind and professional. They always help to clean up the mess however we feel very sorry for it. We really can’t go out because of this water overflow problem. We’ve never had those awful stressful experience in ever in our life. Again, the watchmen who work there are very kind. Just property agent do nothing.”
