“I would recommend Dar al ber by SBK for those who are looking for family apartment which is located in peaceful and residence area. They have professional and resident friendly security named Mr. Saroj who ensure of our safety and respond to our queries along with Mr. Tilak who take care of cleanliness and committed to his work. Maintenance team will always be there to fix our issues, especially Mr. Firouz who was humble and committed to his work.”

“I am staying in dar Al ber residence in Al nahada 2 by sbk real estate building is very nice and clean and also it is one of the best building for families security is good and honest person and also our caretaker Mr tilak is good guy want recommend this building for family stay”

“Dar Al Bar residence in Al nahada 2 is best building for family stay building security is good and always in reception in his job hour and care taker tilak use to keep building always clean and also maintenance is good really like share my good experience in this building thank u sbk real estate”

“Dar al ber residence is the best family building managed by sbk real estate building is safe and our care taker Mr tilak is very good in his job as well as security also really like to give 5 star rating to this building”

“some other house AC smell has been flowing in our bedroom and have raised 7 tickets over a period of 2 months. Imagine cigarette smell into bedroom when you turn on AC. Literally worst ! Old building and they don’t care fix issue on priority.”

“Bathrooms are very bad, water is always blocked.... Security is very good. People keep sitting in the corridors like parks, no action is taken.... Management keeps increasing the rent by 15 % every year.”

“Really nice building and clean Couple of problems Gym equipment is not in working order and its been like this for last 7 months . The building are so close to each other that your always hearing people talking if u leave ur window open in winter . At the corner there are guys selling Alcohol all the time. We hardly get any fresh Air or sunlight because it gets all blocked with surrounding buildings . Surrounding building are vacant but there parking lots are full of cars and Car Alarms are constantly going off middle of night for apparently no reasons.”
