What one reviewer said

“Living in Dar Al Garhoud has been highly disappointing. The ceilings are full of mold, and the management only offers to paint over it instead of addressing the root cause. Despite multiple emails reporting the issue, they remain unresponsive as the mold returns. The walls are riddled with cracks that were "repaired" once, yet the problem persists, and again, my emails have gone ignored. During the scorching summer months in Dubai, there is no cold water in the building. Showers can become dangerously hot due to poorly functioning plumbing. The corridors lack air conditioning, only featuring ineffective "fresh air units" that provide no real relief. Additionally, their customer service i…”

Each card is a real, public Google review of this residence, sorted into our ten questions – answered only where the reviewer said something, and marked “Not answered” where they didn’t. The corridors lack air conditioning, only featuring ineffective "fresh air units" that provide no real relief. Additionally, their customer service is lacking. When it comes to contract renewals, they attempt to inflate prices well above the official RERA rates and charge a service fee that’s double the amount stated in the original contract, despite having no amenities like a pool or gym. Overall, the management's negligence and lack of transparency make living here frustrating. I would not recommend Dar Al Garhoud to anyone. (Photos available to document these issues.) Update they came and try to fix the issue it's still returned but i appreciate the effort. Entering the apt was never a problem and never denied, when we expressed our worry about the work having a small baby we were told not not worry that the work is quick and will take 2 days only.”
