“If Google allowed a rating lower than one star, that is what I would have given. Unfortunately, one star is the lowest rating possible.
From the very first day I moved in, I started facing maintenance problems, and months later many of those same issues continue. I’ve dealt with persistent AC odors, water leaks, blocked drains, plumbing failures, interruptions to the hot water supply, and repeated maintenance visits that resulted in only temporary fixes instead of permanent solutions.
The most frustrating part is the building management’s response. Despite numerous emails, phone calls, and follow-ups, repairs are constantly delayed, and technicians frequently promise to return with parts or a proper solution but never do. Tenants are left chasing the management instead of having issues resolved professionally.
After one maintenance visit, I woke up the next morning to discover there was no hot water. Since no one attended despite repeated requests, I opened part of my bathroom ceiling in the presence of the building watchman and found what appeared to be temporary repair work instead of a proper long-term repair.
The location and apartment layouts are good, but they are completely overshadowed by poor maintenance standards and a lack of accountability. It feels as though the management is more interested in temporary patchwork than maintaining the building properly.
I genuinely hope the owners take these complaints seriously and improve the maintenance and management. Until then, based on my experience, I cannot recommend this building.”
