The only con of the building is the teenagers or children constantly playing in the courtyard and screaming, Even after 9 pm. The management takes long time to respond.Otherwise good building with reasonable prices.”

Each card is a real, public Google review of this residence, sorted into our ten questions – answered only where the reviewer said something, and marked “Not answered” where they didn’t. Reviews written in other languages are shown in English and labelled. These come from Google, not from verified residents, so they count for only a small part of the HT Score, never as much as a real resident review.

“Avoid the buildings at all costs. Terrible management. TERRIBLE NOISE.They take zero action for their tenants. They might say again that they will fix the issue, but they never actually fix anything.
I live in Diamonds Views 3, and every day from 8 a.m. until 2 a.m. (sometimes even at 5 a.m.), there are around 50 kids screaming, shouting, throwing objects, breaking things in the public areas, hitting the walls, and destroying the trees. Their parents are nowhere to be found, or they completely ignore the security.
No one — I repeat, no one — respects what the security staff says. Everyone is complaining about the constant disturbance and violation of peace, yet the management does absolutely NOTHING THAT WILL BRING RESULTS.NOTHING.”

“God forbid you buy or rent an apartment in this building. Screaming children in the pool and running around the floors. Dirty grounds. An unresponsive management company—ha-ha, you'll have to pay a service fee for this luxury....”

“The building has potential and beautiful areas, but the problem is the parents, not the kids. Kids are kids. The parents hide behind closed doors taking no responsibility to discipline their kids—I assume parents aren’t educated or have never lived in a proper society. Meanwhile, the kids act without any control, doing literally whatever comes to their minds, disturbing the peace, and being aggressive toward the security and other tenants until 3 a.m. every night, while their parents are nowhere to be seen. It seems the management is bad and has taken no action over all these years that’s why tenants think can do whatever they want.
Avoid this building at all costs if you want to live a normal life.”
