Although the building is slightly older, it is well-maintained, clean, and efficiently managed, with all essential facilities. The maintenance team is highly responsive and ensures that any issues are addressed promptly. Overall, Diplomat 1 remains a great place to live, offering a good balance of value, service, and location.”

“Though old, immaculately maintained apartment and excellent service provided within shortest possible time by the Owners AWR Properties, which clearly goes to prove, why there is always a demand, when the entire market is/was going down..”
