“It was a pleasant stay in this tower. To be honest, my family and I enjoyed the apartment, cleanliness, and pool. My children loved the place and the spacious rooms. (Wakkas) did not fall short - he was attentive to every detail of the stay and was always in contact to meet any need. I'd like to thank him for his cooperation, thank you all.”

“I stayed in Tower 1, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. At 5:30 AM, the fire alarm went off. We woke up terrified, rushed down the stairs, and evacuated the building, only to find out it was a false alarm. Many residents were upset and told us this wasn’t the first time it had happened—they said the alarm goes off like this repeatedly, often around the same time. It makes you wonder: why should guests have to wake up in fear because of an issue that should already be fixed? As for the apartment itself, the rooms were very small, and there wasn’t even a trash bin in the room. The soundproofing was also poor. At night, you could hear everything from outside through the windows, making it difficult to rest. Another thing that didn’t make sense was being given two access cards (one for parking and one for building access), with a warning that losing either card would cost AED 1,000. The surprising part is that we never needed to use them. The elevator lets you select your floor without a card, and the room is unlocked using a code, so the cards seemed completely unnecessary. Overall, this was a very poor experience, and I would not recommend staying here unless these issues are properly addressed.”

“Very good cleaniness and construction. All Family Amenities are available. Privacy and security is there. Easy conection to dubai mall in which easy access to Lulu supermarket and other stores. Nice place to live for long and short term.”

““I felt very bad today because the lady at the reception completely ruined my day. The location and the apartments are nice, but the receptionist was extremely rude and unprofessional. She acted like she was the boss of everyone and showed no manners or customer service skills at all. A front desk officer should know how to communicate properly with guests, have good manners, and maintain professional conduct. It’s disappointing to experience this kind of treatment in such a nice place.””

“It is one of the most impressive residential towers in Downtown Dubai, especially for its privileged location and spectacular views of the city skyline, especially toward the Burj Khalifa and the entire Dubai Mall area. The building conveys a quite modern and exclusive feeling from the first moment, with very careful finishes and a much quieter atmosphere than one would expect being so close to Dubai's most touristy center.”
