What one reviewer said

“Edgewater 1,2,3 beach front recidences by MGS development in Dubai Islands are truly inspiring. The location is 10 out of 10 on the Island, 1 min by walking to Dubai Islands beach. The water is crystal clear and the sea views from high floors are breathtaking.”

From Google Reviewers

Each card is a real, public Google review of this residence, sorted into our ten questions – answered only where the reviewer said something, and marked “Not answered” where they didn’t. Reviews written in other languages are shown in English and labelled. These come from Google, not from verified residents, so they count for only a small part of the HT Score, never as much as a real resident review.

“I wanted to buy a house near the coast and the beach at an affordable price. I was at a construction site literally 100-150 meters from the beach. This developer is one of the top developers in Kazakhstan, SAT-NS. So I trust them, and I'm from Kazakhstan.”
