“Emaar built very poor quality houses. The quality of finishing is extremely low. Within a year, the new apartment began to fall apart. The boilers were all leaking. The apartment became covered in mold over the summer. When it rains, water leaks from the ceilings and windows in all rooms. In about 30 minutes, a bucket of water is filled in each room. I had to change the furniture. The fire alarm is constantly on. The quality of sound insulation is terrible. You can hear your neighbors. You can also hear construction at night. It's impossible to sleep. There are always not enough sun loungers on the beach. They are constantly covered by people who do not live here. You only hav…”

“I have 3 apartments in beachfront. Renting less than a year, all apartments mold, calling emaar for maintenance but they are not coming. Low quality low service!”

“They have only 1 entrance and exit. Too much traffic in that area during the evening hours. Security is not helpful. Specially Mr Paul.”

The toilets on the beach are also not working all the time. The staff likes to close everything at 4pm and leave. There are days when the toilets don't work at all. In general, the price quality is a complete mismatch.”

“Pratham, reception security guard at Emaar Beachfront Residences has been extremely rude, impolite and unhelpful to guests visiting me. We are now moving out and selling our apartment as a result.”

“Emaar used to be good quality but that’s sadly no longer the case - at least this development isn’t. I’m actually quite shocked by the poor quality of the materials used, especially considering the price. First of all, you don’t get a lot for your money as far as square footage is concerned. Not only are the apartments small but the materials used are very bad quality. Even though we’ve not lived in Beachfront a long time, the floor tiles have stains that can’t be removed and the spray paint they used for the kitchen cabinets is chipping off! It’s pretty shocking how bad the quality is. I’ve given two stars for the location. Emaar charges premium prices for their apartments but the quality is far from premium.”
