“I've been living at Emerald Al Warqa for a year now and have been extremely disappointed with the property management. The pool is rarely maintained, the gym equipment is outdated and often broken, and the overall upkeep of the common areas is subpar. I've submitted multiple complaints to SBK, but there has been little to no action taken to address these issues. It's frustrating to pay rent for a property that doesn't provide the amenities it promises. I would not recommend this property to anyone looking for a well-maintained and comfortable living environment.”
