Considering that we pay for the maintenance of the house and he gets his salary from this money.
Recently, there have been problems with the pool. The water is very dirty and smells bad, there is black mold on the walls, which is very harmful to health. There is also insufficient water in the pool , 20 cm below the level . When will you clean the pool properly and fill it normally? I already went to the reception and asked, but I didn't see any changes for the better.”

“If there is a option for less than one star.. I would prefer that…
Please don’t fall for the look of the building.. you ll loose your mental peace by chasing the SBK maintenance, with smell, n false fire alarm early morning!!!
I hope the building owner sees this review n help the residents who are suffering here!
I hope the owner sees this review n do something to fix…or talk directly to tenants who are suffering here and take some action!!!
Worst maintenance from SBK… despite of calling so many times no response as if the issue is nothing for them… I don’t understand how irresponsible the supervisor of SBK…even the receptionist….nobody is bothered to resolve the issue…
Please think twice before choosing this apartment…. The smell in kitchen is horrible.. they have some sevage issue…n false fire alarm, that’s too loud, don’t think of coming here if have a baby.. early in morning in our own house , we dint even on fire.. there is fire alarm.. how??? No peaceful sleep…

“This apartment having kind of bad smell in the kitchen and gym is hopeless and Nothing works ...even though informed to management still no action has been taken ...
If you have any maintenance issue then it will take century to fix it , such a hopeless maintaince team and the call center :-(

“FIRE ALARMS every day for 5-10 times at any time of the day/ night. It makes an insane loud noise within your apartment, bedroom, living room out of nowhere for no reason.
First of all it’s affecting the body, gives you stress and ruins your sleep and scares you.
Safety: if there is a real fire and we have to evacuate, nobody would react.
Change the system, make a solution for basic comfort. And if there is a training purposes fire alarm notify people. if it’s smoke in one of the apartment ( cooking or bokhor) then change it to sound only the apartment that has smoke and security area that can follow up on the safety, and rest of the residence don’t have to sound suffer from this.”
