“The building maintenance service is very poor. Whenever we call to report an issue, no one answers or takes action. It usually takes about a month before someone responds or comes to fix the problem. On top of that, there are many cockroaches 🪳🪳🪳 in the building, which makes the living conditions very uncomfortable. Overall, the management really needs to improve maintenance and cleanliness.”
