I’ve been living in this building for five years now, and I’m very happy here. The building manager, Shadab, is extremely cooperative and always willing to help whenever there’s an issue. He’s very professional and clearly on top of everything.
The entire staff is excellent as well security, maintenance, and everyone who takes care of the building. Whenever there’s any problem in the apartment, whether it’s a door or something else, it gets handled quickly and professionally.
Overall, it’s a great place to live, with a good atmosphere and great people in the building. I’m very happy with where I am and highly recommend it.”

“We a family of four lived at Emerald JVC for five years in the same two bed apartment. We had a very good experience living here. The building manager Shadab was extremely cooperative and helpful and even went out of his way to manage things when needed. The rest of the staff from the security to the cleaners to the maintenance people all have been very friendly and helpful. The built quality of Emerald is quite superior specially given the number of sub standard construction in JVC and I highly recommend this tower to live in from all perspectives”

“We have been complaining about AC since June , they turn off the AC on our floor all day just working with a fan and then they are telling us no one is complaining except you . Shame on the services level . Not sure for what services and ac fees we’re paying”

“I have had the pleasure of living in Emerald JVC since it was first handed over, and it has undoubtedly been the best living experience I've ever had. Despite some negative comments from tenants renting through Rocky Real Estate—who manage only a few apartments in the building—my experience with Emerald Real Estate, the primary property owner, has been exceptional.
Mr. Shadab, who manages the property, is outstanding. His dedication to maintaining the building's facilities, cleanliness, and security is remarkable. Over the past five years, maintenance services have been consistently reliable, pest control is handled monthly, and AC units are frequently serviced. The security team is available around the clock, and the building staff are always ready to help without the usual delays and formalities found with other developers.
If you're looking for peace of mind and a quality living experience, I highly recommend renting through Emerald Real Estate and working with Mr. Shadab and his team directly. You won't regret it 😁”
