The building benefits from decent connectivity to major roads and proximity to everyday amenities such as restaurants, and Dragon Mart, making daily life convenient. However, as with most properties in International City, me as a resident here have experienced challenges such as limited parking availability, occasional heavily unpleasant odors due to nearby sewerage facility, Dirty balconies due to pigeon & Columbidae shit, and relatively basic building quality compared to newer developments in Dubai. Overall, EMR 12 offers good value for money & 24/7 security for person like me prioritizing affordability over luxury, but it may not appeal to those seeking a quieter or more upscale living environment. Anyway, Its best for beginning.”

“Overall international city isn't great because of the sewage smell going round the area. It's really bad sometimes. Not certain from where or what this occurs but atleast 2 to 3 days a week this bad smell sure goes around the whole city. Besides that Overall living and safety is as same as in Dubai”
