“Unfortunately, my experience with SBK Property Management has been very disappointing, and I would not recommend renting with them. I moved into the building in February. Although the building is relatively new, the quality of the finishing and materials used inside the apartment—especially the bathroom cabinets—is very poor and does not justify the rental price. I contacted the management several times by phone and email. They would send someone to inspect the issues, but the repairs were repeatedly delayed, often taking two to three weeks with no proper resolution. “Unfortunately, my experience with SBK Property Management has been very disappointing, and I would not recommend renting with them. I moved into the building in February. Although the building is relatively new, the quality of the finishing and materials used inside the apartment—especially the bathroom cabinets—is very poor and does not justify the rental price. I contacted the management several times by phone and email. They would send someone to inspect the issues, but the repairs were repeatedly delayed, often taking two to three weeks with no proper resolution. One of the most frustrating problems has been small black insects coming out of the wooden bathroom cabinets. I was not the only tenant affected—one of my neighbors experienced the same issue and discussed it with me as well. For a new building with this level of rent, I expected much better quality and a more professional maintenance service. I hope SBK improves both the quality of their properties and their customer service, but based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend renting with them.”

Since moving in, there have been unresolved issues including water leakage, sewage odors, bad smells coming from the AC units, and frequent AC breakdowns. In addition, all kinds of insects are present in the apartment, including unusual insects coming out of the wooden cabinets in the kitchen and bathroom. Despite multiple complaints, no proper repairs or effective action have been taken, and there is little to no response from the maintenance team. Overall, this has been one of the worst living experiences due to the clear neglect of maintenance and building management.”
