“Need I say more? Well we were expecting a clean apartment and came in to this. We were then moved to the apartment right across and my wife informed them that this was unacceptable as it's in the building. We have encountered it several times in the hallways and finally in the apartment. We informed the staff several times and nothing was done about it. We were told Management would call us but never bothered to check in or contact us. Last day, the staff came in and witnessed the crawling pests and video taped it and nothing was done about it. We have spent hundreds to ensure everything was fumigated at our own expense to ensure it was not coming anywhere in our things. Very disappointed…”

“Was my home for 1.5 year. its excellent all around. BUT beware! I think WTC have employed some scammers who do not benefit anything but trying to rob you off when you are leaving. when I left the apartment it was as good as I received it - but I left late night so I was not able to remove the last stuff like water bottle and a pillow and cover because they close their recycling room at night! then a week later i was slapped with 2500 AED for mumbo jumbo cleaning painting not sure how they came up with that. and worst of all they even took 2 days extra because the month I left was 31 days imagine when I asked for my 2 days back of Feb they never answer. and until writing this review I'm yet to get my deposit refund which still include one month I paid a head. I never heard from them -- and this is WTC the Dubai government - some manager from a scammy country is thinking he will get a tap of the shoulder if he scam tenants -”

“Management does not bother to answer to your questions.As per the lease agreement I am entitled to a parking spot. I have been assigned a spot to a floor that they are keeping not accessible. I have been asking why and no answer yet. Every day I have to go looking for a different spot . Very unprofessional customer service.”

“The residence is beautiful, organized, clean, and full of services like a market, salon, and metro station is not considered close to the center but there is a metro station. The staff at the place are very cooperative and their service is excellent. The thing I liked most about the place is the supervisors in building C1, Mr. Mina and Mr. Muhammad, they have a refined treatment toward residents, politeness, good manners, and professionalism in their work 👍👍👍”

“My booking is from November 8 to 10. They say it's the best, so I will return and confirm the rating if it's excellent or disappointing... The accommodation is clean. The room service person, his name is Nadim or Nadeem, is smiling and serves you and helps you. It's close, about 3 minutes walk from Expo. I took 3 rooms and a living room and there's a kitchen. I recommend it, but one night on arrival day to rest and explore Expo since it's far from the city - could be 45 minutes with traffic or more. And there's a pool and metro.”
