“The buildings have unfortunately experienced a lot of noise disturbances. Noise from footsteps upstairs, children playing in the corridor, and voices through the walls have been quite noticeable. Additionally, loud bass music late into the night during the winter has added to the challenges. Addressing soundproofing and managing noise levels could greatly improve the living experience.”

“A wonderful place to live, very quiet and peaceful. There's a good phone app to call technical staff - in case something breaks in the apartment. Every year they conduct scheduled inspections, firefighters and plumbers come. Sometimes there are insecticides in floor openings - but you can call technical staff through the app and they will process everything. Very pleasant maintenance staff in the building - they always smile. Very clean on the territory. By the way, about cockroaches - we've been living in this house for 2 years and only saw one, probably wandered in by accident. We live on the 1st floor - just so you know. In general, I hope my review helps others. I really love this neighbourhood. It's a pity that in these houses you can't buy an apartment - we would like to stay and live here with my husband. Peace to all!”
