“A completely unreasonable 90-day notice policy that forces tenants to pay an extra month’s rent — as if anyone can predict their life three months in advance. Zero proper communication. The office is practically unavailable, yet they spam tenants with endless automated emails and then blame you for missing something important. And the worst part: after leaving the apartment spotless and even vacating early, they kept my entire deposit and are now demanding an additional AED 573.42 — with no proper explanation or transparent breakdown. This is just unprofessional and it feels exploitative. On top of that, for nearly half the year when Expo events are running, the traffic and noise are unbearable. There were multiple times I couldn’t even access our own parking entrance due to congestion and road closures around the area. Think twice before renting here.”

“I’m genuinely disappointed with how unresponsive and rigid the management has been. Despite multiple attempts to raise very reasonable concerns, the responses are consistently dismissive and lacking any effort to accommodate or improve tenant experience. 1. Parking There are 3 full levels of parking in this building, with a significant number of empty spots. Yet, I was assigned a parking space that’s unnecessarily far from my building entrance even though many closer spots are clearly available. This makes basic tasks like unloading groceries far more difficult than they need to be for myself and family, especially in this hot weather. I’ve raised this issue multiple times, and each time I’ve received the exact same blanket response: “Please note that all the parking already allocated to each units and cannot change it.” No consideration, no flexibility, and no willingness to explore a solution - just copy-paste replies without a manager reaching out. On top of that, despite the abundance of empty spaces in the garage, visitors are not allowed to park inside at all. They’re required to park outside and walk in even when there’s clearly space available. What’s the use of hoarding parking spaces exactly if it’s never used? 2. Receptionists conduct Multiple guests have mentioned how unwelcoming the reception experience is. The same ID check is repeated every single time, regardless of how often someone visits. There's no proper tracking system, just the same repetitive questions and inefficient process over and over again. In summary, there’s a clear lack of initiative from management to solve even basic issues, and policies are enforced without any thought to practicality or tenant comfort. I expected more professionalism and responsiveness in a building of this standard.”

“This apartment complex is an absolute gem! The design and layout are modern and spacious, offering breathtaking views and a peaceful atmosphere. The facilities are world-class, including a well-equipped gym, a stunning swimming pool, and excellent maintenance services. The management team is responsive and ensures everything runs smoothly. Living here has been a wonderful experience, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for luxury, comfort, and convenience in one place. Very close to expo metro station. What makes this place stand out is not just the beautiful apartments but also the vibrant community and fantastic amenities. The security is top-notch, the common areas are always spotless, and the management is proactive in addressing any concerns. “The apartment is aesthetically pleasing, with modern features and a good layout. However, one challenge has been the level of sound insulation. Sounds from neighboring units, such as footsteps, conversations, and everyday activities, are often audible, which can be distracting. Additionally, the proximity to Expo can bring some challenges with noise. Evening light shows and weekend events at the Al Wasl Dome can occasionally result in noticeable sound levels, including vibrations from music, which may affect the ability to rest. While the location and design have their advantages, it’s worth considering the noise factor for those who prioritize a quieter living environment.”
