“Pro's: Spacious Location Cons': Very poor management (impatient manager) No proper facilities (gym/swimming pool/reception area etc.) Old building Slow maintenance service (everything chargeable) Frequent delays in resolving tenant concerns Strict and inconvenient visitor policy Limited parking space Parking area is full of doves, and cars are often covered with bird droppings every morning Semi-open kitchen design, so cooking smells easily spread throughout the unit AC units are split type and rarely maintained unless specifically requested Frequent pest issues in the building, with reports of cockroaches and other insects in common areas and sometimes inside units”

“It's on good location, near from Shafeer Hypermarket and other groceries too. Metro station is only 3......5 minutes far away by walking. Apartments, studio apartments and partation all available. Car pick up comes just in front of entrance for any duty locations inside Dubai. All together it's good for Middle-class paycheck workers/ employees. Available for both Bachelors and families. For your satisfaction go and explore, thank you.”

“Its a residential building being operated and managed by Betterhomes. No amenities. No gym. No pool. No sauna. Flat doesn't provide free chiller. Split type AC's are old and needs to be maintained more frequently. Typical AC issues are: Water leakage Temperature issues Bad smells coming when turning on Outdated AC AC Maintenance and other maintenance service is a headache, specially if you wanted something to be fixed urgently. The building is around 7-9 years old. Its a decent residential building good for a small family. There is a mosque in front of the building. Which can be a problem if you're not a muslim and if you have kids sleeping The surrounding area is good. There's are a lot of groceries, food establishments and malls nearby.”
