“Frequent breakdowns of the underpowered ACs. Unclean swimming pool. A gym in which half the equipment is in tatters. “It is a building with spacious, good location and good maintenance. Hospital, clinic, restaurants, park, supermarket and transport facilities are easily available. The building real estate had an amiable response as well.”

“It is perhaps the only building in the area the exteriors of which haven't been cleaned and the glass entrance remains broken for several years. Intercom on many floors doesn't function. There is no proper guard during day time. Suspicious activity on the side lane towards Today's restaurant imparts an unsafe feeling to the place. The flats are spacious, but watch for broken tiles, stinking pipelines, malfunctioning doorlocks, dirty swimming pool, and ill-maintained gymnasium. Unlike other buildings, the interiors here aren't painted every two years.”
