“Moved here from canada 6 months ago. The only good thing I can say about this community is the security guards. Very safe and polite and professional. The property maintenance outside around the building is not good. Constant garbage everywhere. Zero lighting in the stairways. The gym always has broken equipment that takes 3-6 months before it’s fixed. Then it breaks again🤦. Sauna has been broken for months. Little to no parking available around building vicinity. Just recently our air conditioning broke. After I informed my landlord and he had it fixed he tried to charge me 350 aed for repairs of the compressor on the roof of the building as if it is my fault, problem or responsibil…”

The gym always has broken equipment that takes 3-6 months before it’s fixed. Then it breaks again🤦. Sauna has been broken for months. Little to no parking available around building vicinity. Just recently our air conditioning broke. After I informed my landlord and he had it fixed he tried to charge me 350 aed for repairs of the compressor on the roof of the building as if it is my fault, problem or responsibility🤦. On our balcony is constantly loud with children kicking a football repeatedly against the wall creating extremely loud banging sounds that echo. Not relaxing at all. The building management takes forever to respond to complaints. Do yourself a favor and pay a little bit more for a better place to live. I do not recommend this community.”

“JVC summer 1A. terrible old building. there is trash and cockroaches everywhere. the landlord said to pay for a broken compressor for the air conditioner that did not work (the compressor is on the roof of the building, we did not break it, it was rotten from age...!!!). no one cleans up the trash. Once, from the 5th floor, a man threw a burning roll of paper at me; it fell a few centimeters away! I told the administrator, but no one cares.”
