“Please Don't Come to This Building for Rent 🙏🏻 ≈===============================≈ I moved into Friends Residency in the middle of February this year. In just the last 6 months, my AC has broken down 4 times. The first repair was free, but after that I was forced to pay for every AC maintenance visit.😥 If this keeps happening, I will end up paying around AED 2,000 every year just for AC maintenance. This is completely unreasonable.😕 The rental contract says the building management will pay for maintenance only if a single repair costs more than AED 1,000. If the repair costs even AED 999, the tenant has to pay the full amount. Because of this condition, tenants are left paying for repeated repairs while the building avoids responsibility. This feels like a real scam. It seems like tenants are indirectly paying the salaries of the maintenance workers through these repeated charges instead of the building management taking responsibility for faulty equipment.😖 Based on my experience, I would not recommend renting a flat in Friends Residency. Please think carefully before choosing this building.😵”

“We have been living here for the past year, and my experience has been so disappointing. The AC has not been working properly, even at night, making it very uncomfortable. We have raised multiple complaints, but the issue still hasn't been resolved. The maintenance is poor, and the overall management has been unresponsive. I would not recommend this apartment.”
