“There is no one in the building from maintenance team in case of emergency. At 2 am I am cleaning my house, running for security to call for someone. But there is literally nobody. Security shut off water supply. But why did this even happen? THERE IS NO MANAGEMENT. They asked me to pay for something I am not supposed to pay. If it’s pipes issues it’s not because of me! Awful”

“I have lived at Ghaph Studio 1 and would like to share my personal experience. One of the biggest issues is the continuous construction activity around the building, including road works behind it. The noise is not limited to weekdays; it frequently continues during weekends and public holidays as well. Despite numerous complaints from residents, the situation has remained unchanged. Another concern is the maintenance service. Simple repair requests can take a very long time to be completed, and the maintenance costs are high considering the quality and response time of the service. Overall, my experience has been that the building is not suitable for those seeking a quiet and peaceful place to live. I believe potential tenants should be aware of these issues before making a decision.”
