“I don't know why they are taking service charge!! The podium is dry with no watering or any care or cleaning of fallen leaves. The balcony/veranda is draining dirty water, the pathways are blocked and no one fixes them, I can't clean it. Bad service.”

“The security guard refused to open the barrier for the visitor to enter the building despite the availability of visitors parking. The building tenants even went down to ask him to open the barrier and he rudely refused without any justification. The building doesn't have any update line to report such behavior.”
