“Kindly don’t buy in any of the Danube properties I am living for 11 years in dubai and this is the worst building. Water came inside during rain from the ceiling. Have major seepage issues. Nobody will work from maintenance. Please don’t buy or rent from Danube.”

“been living in this building for 4 years, and unfortunately, the quality has dropped drastically. The service is almost non-existent, building hygiene has very poor, and the lifts don’t even have air conditioning. Whenever you raise a complaint, the management never replies or takes action. Very disappointing to see the standards fall so low after years of living here.”

“been living in this building for 4 years, and unfortunately, the quality has dropped drastically. “If you’re looking for a peaceful place to live, this is NOT it. The play area is constantly filled with kids screaming and running around at all hours, making it impossible to enjoy any quiet time. Despite multiple complaints, both security and the management company refuse to take any action. If you’re considering buying property here, think twice—this is not the place for anyone who values peace and proper community management. DO NOT BUY PROPERTY HERE.”

“The kids playing non stop outdoors is horrendous and unacceptable. Find a solution or avoid this building at all costs. People deserve to sleep and wake up in a peaceful environment. Rules need to be set especially during weekends.”

“People are complaining about the kids but it's not their fault rather Danubes fault for using such thin walls , I can hear my neighbours conversations and whenever they flush their toilets , etc. These walls are useless and break easily. Security are aggressive and think that they can do anything. Worst building ever”

“What an awful visit...went to see a friend who lives there and we couldn't get a proper conversation in!!!!! Kids screaming and shouting constantly with no regards to the neighbors!!! Where are their parents for starters!!!! Its too loud and chaotic...the building's management needs to step in and control this madness...otherwise im sure alot of tenants will be out sooner than u think”
