“Really man banning kids from playing in the basketball court are we serious. If this is the case then why make a court in the first place?. Why are there people complaining about the noise if you guys built a court around the building and expect people to stay quite while playing???. Im pissed off at these people who complain for no reason and have the audacity to take pictures”

“I would like to file a formal complaint regarding an incident that occurred in the building gym.
I was involved in a confrontation with another resident who behaved aggressively towards me. The situation escalated to the point where she was following me and attempting to intimidate me, and I genuinely felt unsafe.
During this incident, the security staff member on duty (who regularly works the morning shift) witnessed what was happening. I approached him and asked for assistance and for him to intervene, as maintaining residents’ safety and handling such situations is part of his responsibilities. However, he refused to help and took no action whatsoever.
What is most concerning is that he stood by watching while the other resident continued to follow me and behave aggressively. His lack of response left me feeling unprotected and extremely disappointed with the level of security provided in the building.
I believe this matter should be investigated, and appropriate action should be taken to ensure that security staff properly perform their duties and respond when residents require assistance.
I would appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and look forward to hearing what actions will be taken.
would also appreciate it if someone from the management team could contact me directly regarding this complaint. Furthermore, please provide me with the official management email address so that I may escalate this matter if necessary and ensure that my complaint is properly addressed.

“The project is ok but with Stratum Management company for Operations and maintenance it has become a nightmare, they charge 16 + AED / sq feet and not reply to your email, not in building office, so owners are advised not to invest until danube remove stratum from here.”

“I lived in this building for 4 years, and unfortunately, the quality has dropped. The service is almost non-existent, building hygiene has become very poor, and the lifts don’t even have air conditioning. Whenever you raise a complaint, the management never replies or takes action. Very disappointing to see the standards
fall so low after years of living here.”
