From a resident’s perspective, the ongoing works have been quite disruptive. There are frequent road blockages around the site, which often lead to traffic congestion and inconvenience for those living nearby. In addition, the noise levels seem unusually high compared to other construction projects in the area, even those located closer to residential buildings. “I am surprised to see some negative reviews even before this building is done n ready. That’s hilarious honestly. So here’s the view from where I am seeing it shaping up. Refer photo shots attached. I really feel that this one could possibly be epic, though I haven’t visited the site yet. But yes it’s surrounding etc can be easily seen here and the view that the residents would get, will certainly be SPECTACULAR. Hope though that all amenities and infra quality lives up to its expectations. This one’s standing out. Great going.”

“The renders for this project don’t feel realistic. In reality, the plot is surrounded by buildings on very narrow streets, and only one side is open. Which is currently a vacant lot so that makes it risky as new project could start any time. I’ve lived in Sports City for many years, and the recent addition of school has already made the area extremely congested during morning and evening peak hours. Because of this, I don’t think the location of this building is ideal, especially considering the existing traffic and access limitations.”
