“Best place to be in Dubai, if you are on visit searching for job. There are so many facilities nearby. Mosque, restaurants, snacks, hypermarket, metro, all are nearby, walking distance. Not suitable for family, but best for bachelors.”

“Gym building is a very good apartment owing to its presence at one of the prime locations in Dubai. Excellent Indian Hyderabadi cuisines, very good Pakistani cuisines are available in the close proximity of the gym building. In addition, this apartment compasses many bedspaces, interested people can choose to reside as per their convenience (yearly or monthly rental basis) - however, the tenants has to comply with the rules and regulations of the flat owners. Furthermore, there is a gym on the 3rd floor of this gym building. Fitness enthusiasts can visit this gym and, if interested, can join this "Ultra Power Gym"”
