“This is really a cool place to stay in as a family. Good furnished or unfurnished rental apartments available for family. Little expensive. The rental for 2bhk apartment is around 60000 AED per year. Dedicated basement parking available. Wheelchair accessible on all floors and wheelchair parking as well. Metro station, hospital and all other amenities are nearby.”

“Al Hathboor Building 3 in Al Qiyadah is a decent residential and commercial property with a convenient location. It offers easy access to public transport, including the Al Qiyadah Metro Station, which makes commuting simple. The building has basic facilities, and the maintenance team is responsive to common issues. However, there are a few areas where it could improve. The overall upkeep of the building could be better, as common areas sometimes feel neglected. Parking can also be a challenge, especially during peak hours. Additionally, some units may require upgrades in terms of fixtures and amenities to match modern standards. For the price, it provides reasonable value, but better options might be available in the surrounding areas with improved facilities. It’s an average choice for those looking for a convenient location, but there’s room for improvement in maintenance and overall management.”

“Terrible experience with the Staff. I would strongly recommend the management to invite someone to give a "1 hour" training to the staff about Manners and basic human decency.”
