“I have been staying in this building for more than a year now, the maintenance team is really disappointing. We have to call them 10 times for one problem. Also the flat has lot of issues. Once we had to live without AC for 2 days in this hot summer. They keep saying that they will come the next day till 1-2 weeks. Now since 2 days the fire alarm is being ringing without any reason non-stop. Its so loud that my ears are ringing. We called the maintenance team and they’re still delaying it Extremely disappointed.”

“I have been staying in this building for more than a year now, the maintenance team is really disappointing. We have to call them 10 times for one problem. Also the flat has lot of issues. “I just movein into two bedroom apartment in Buamin building there are lot good things to say about this building 1. Very professional real estate management 2. Friendly maintenance staff 3. Located at very close to Pond park 4. Nearby walkable distance all required daily life needs 5. Easy to exit for main road 6. Nearby many restaurants and medium scale super market I think for family residence this is one of best and budget price building”
